Hittin’ the Road

Starts March 21 @ 4:00 PM - Every Monday, and Wednesday
This class focuses on walking and running to gain endurance and improve your mood. Moderate-high intensity.

Tone it Up!

Starts March 21 @ 5:00 PM - Every Monday, and Wednesday
Strengthen and tone your muscles in this guided strength-training class. Participants also benefit from an improvement in energy! Beginners welcome!
